JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Sell software products and services
- Set your own schedule and work from your home-office
- Work part-time or full-time (we will work with your school schedule)
- Prospect, engage, develop, and close your sales prospects
- Respond to product inquiries
- Occasional domestic travel to trade shows and conventions
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Contact prospects to introduce software solutions and services
- Identify decision makers and ask the right questions critical to your success
- Schedule and conduct software demonstrations
- Create estimates and price proposals
- Ultimately close the sale
- Manage existing customer relationships
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Self-motivated and goal driven
- Persuasive, with the ability to build rapport over the phone
- Capacity to plan, prioritize, organize, and follow-through on assignments
- Ability to work under nominal supervision
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Knowledge of software processes and terminology
- Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Working knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
COMPENSATION:
- Base salary + commission
- Commensurate with education and experience
